If glowplugs have been in the head for a number of years their threads can corrode and fuse into the metal of the cylinder head. But if they have been replaced as recently as a year ago there should be no problem unless, as is suggested, they have somehow been cross-threaded.

A few things annoy me a bit though. No power folding mirrors. Puny single reverse light. Only one bag hook in boot. Granted the ride on the 18in alloys can be a bit harsh but thats not really too much of a problem. I find the seat comfier that the Kia Rio i had before and i like the raised driving position.

Fuel use will certainly be higher than some competitors, especially when compared to Toyota’s parsimonious hybrid Corolla, but the i30’s 7.4L/100km claimed combined figure is achievable and matching the 5.9L/100km highway figure results in a range of almost 850km. How can Honest John continue to recommend diesel below 30,000 miles per year? Our Real MPG data suggests readers see 51.4mpg on average from the 320d and 33.1mpg from the 320i. If you're covering 25,000 a year at 166.54p/litre (the average petrol price this week according to the RAC's Fuel Watch) in the 320i, you'll pay £5718.32 a year in fuel.
As with all hybrids and electric vehicles motorway speeds reduce fuel consumption, in this case to around 42 mpg. The interior is excellent quality and a much smarter design than the old model. Having the opportunity to test numerous vehicles from a wide range of manufacturers the new Tucson compares very favourably with many more expensive marks.
Hyundai i30 - Breaking issue. So, about 2 months ago I started hearing a whirring noise coming from the breaks. So took it into the garage and they said it needed new front pads and discs.. so got them done but then the breaks started making an intermittent crunching/grinding noise when coming to a stop. So took the car back to the garage and
